Unknown Labs Sàrl and House of BioHealth partnered up to establish a Lab-as-a-Service platform for the CBRNe domain in Luxembourg, The partnership creates an operational environment where CBRNe research, testing, validation, and field support workflows can be developed inside a compliant Luxembourg ecosystem.

House of BioHealth provides the physical backbone: 250 m² of BSL-2 laboratory space, a GMP-grade Class D cleanroom, and CBRN-ready infrastructure, with flexible project based access and technical support. This allows Unknown Labs to anchor its CBRNe applications in a regulated, research-ready facility while reducing the need for large upfront laboratory investment and accelerating collaboration with public sector, institutional, defense, and industrial partners across Europe.

A unique hosting facility with office and lab spaces, for both established and start-up companies in the field of biotech, clean-tech and ICT. The House of Biohealth is more than a building; it is a real opportunity to develop your activity in a dynamic, scientific, economic and cultural environment. Be part of this unique project, which is strategically positioned on the doorstep of Luxembourg’s City of Science.
