The Unknown Cloud is our secure, cloud-connected platform that allows users to upload, visualize, and analyze spectral data from anywhere. It supports version control, peak detection, spectral overlays, and collaborative access. This solution transforms how laboratories and organizations manage analytical data.

Our platform can connect to a wide range of devices, allowing real-time data collection, visualization, and control. It also integrates smoothly into existing automation or PLC workflows for laboratory or industrial use. Unknown Labs also offers local server installations in addition to cloud-based services.

7. What types of spectrometry and instruments do you support?

Unknown Labs supports Raman, FTIR, UV-VIS, NIR, and XRF devices. Our software is compatible with spectrometers from Avantes, Ocean Insight, Agilent, StellarNet, Anton Paar, and custom Unknown Labs hardware.

Unknown Labs supports handheld Raman, UV-VIS, and LIBS units. Our platform also allows for real-time upload from battery-powered field devices.
